Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring the VDM tags and hygiene stickers have not been removed.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal collection point.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
